Hi,
I am new to EAN API, I want to get the hotel data through this API. When I sent this call to the api (Sample C# code using .NET Framework with Hotel Version 3 ), I get the following error message in response:
OK{"HotelRoomReservationResponse":{"EanWsError":{"itineraryId":-1,"handling":"RECOVERABLE","category":"AUTHENTICATION","exceptionConditionId":-1,"presentationMessage":"TravelNow.com cannot service this request.","verboseMessage":"Authentication failure. (cid=371682; ipAddress=39.47.215.79)"},"customerSessionId":"[1]"}}
please help me out why it is throwing this error and what modifications are required to get successful response.
Now, I have tried to find the problem and i think the problem is generated due to ipAddress. But I am not sue what IP address I have to use for my test application. Also what will be the customerSessionId?
